We are looking for someone who is highly efficient, organised, an excellent communicator, with strong numeracy skills, a passion to learn, and administrative experience.

    The Fringe Society in embarking on an ambitious infrastructure transformation project, centred around a new home in the heart of Edinburgh. This role joins the Fringe Society at a pivotal point in this project and will support the upgrade and development of modern, efficient and friction-free finance office procedures and information management.

  • Development Assistant (permanent)

    As a registered charity, the Fringe Society relies on the financial support from a diverse range of income streams, including our Fringe Friends scheme, Corporates, Trusts and Individuals. Based within the Fundraising and Development team and reporting to the Development Manager, the Development Assistant will provide the administrative function of this work, ensuring that deadlines are met, and accurate customer records are maintained.

  • Screen Fringe Coordinator (freelance)

    Screen Fringe is a collaboration between the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Screen Scotland, to connect creative executives and makers from the film and TV industry with theatre and comedy talent emerging at the Festival Fringe.

    Edinburgh Festival Fringe seeks to contract a Screen Fringe Coordinator to support the delivery of key work required for this programme, including events, festivals programme research, communications and delegate support.

  • Arts Industry Support Assistant (fixed term)

    The Arts Industry Support Assistants share responsibility for operating and supporting delivery of the services provided by the office. This role is fast-paced, varied and feeds into all facets of the Street Events operations.

  • Artist Services Projects Assistant (fixed term)

    This role will support the Artist Support team who provide guidance to artists, performing companies, venues, producers, and other stakeholders participating in the Fringe. The successful applicant will provide administrative assistance to a wide variety of projects with particular focus on the services delivered directly to Fringe artists. A significant portion of the contract will be dedicated to the Fringe Society’s music licensing arrangement with PPL PRS ltd.
