  • Retail Supervisor (fixed term)

    The Retail Supervisor will assist the Retail and E-Commerce Manager in supervising a small team of Retail and Information Assistants. Working from the busy Fringe Shop on the Royal Mile, you will assist in managing the smooth running of the shop floor and any other sales location. In addition, you will be required to carry out duties that include assisting with the sale and display of Fringe merchandise; operating the cash and card terminals, monitoring the online shop, cashing up the tills and carrying out stocktakes when required. You will also be part of the team that will be the first point of contact for the general public, participants and suppliers dealing with the Fringe Society.

  • Box Office Access Booking Assistant (fixed term)

    The primary responsibility of the Box Office Access Booking Assistants is to provide an exceptionally high standard of service to customers of the Festival Fringe Society who have additional access requirements, including D/deaf or disabled people. Under the guidance of the Access Booking Coordinator a successful applicant will be responsible for processing access bookings and answering questions over the phone, email and Whatsapp.

  • Box Office Assistant (fixed term)

    The primary responsibility of the Box Office Assistants is to sell tickets and deal with basic customer services enquires, both in person at the Fringe Box Office and over the phone in our dedicated call centre. Ideal candidates would be personable, enthusiastic and capable of providing a high level of customer service. This position reports to the Box Office Operations Manager.

  • Box Office Customer Service Assistant (fixed term)

    The primary responsibility of the Box Office Customer Service Assistants is to provide an exceptionally high standard of service to the customers of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society. Under the guidance of the Community Ticketing and Customer Service Coordinator, and the Customer Service Supervisors, a successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with customer queries, issues, and occasionally complaints.
