  • Arts Industry Support Supervisor (fixed term)

    A key aspect of this role will be to work closely with the Arts Industry Officer, Fringe venues and arts industry professionals to ensure clear communication and understanding between key stakeholders and partners about the services provided by the Arts Industry office.

    The Arts Industry Office helps more than 1,400 UK and international industry professionals each year navigate their way around the festival and find the right artists to connect with.

  • Box Office Customer Service Supervisor

    The principal role of our Customer Service Supervisors is to manage and advise a team of Customer Service Assistants and to ensure the efficient operation of the Customer Services team. The Customer Service Supervisors are responsible for providing an exceptionally high standard of service to the customers of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society. Under the guidance of the Community Ticketing and Customer Service Coordinator, and with the help of the Customer Service Assistants, the successful applicants will be responsible for dealing with customer queries, issues and complaints.

  • Box Office Supervisor
    Apply before 10:00am on Monday, 8th April 2024

    The primary responsibilities of the Box Office Supervisors are to train, supervise and support the Box Office Assistants, to manage daily cash reconciliation and floats, and to ensure the smooth operation of the Box Office counter and phone room areas. The Fringe Box Office also manage the availability of sensory resources for members of the public, and the Box Office Supervisors facilitate this service throughout the process. They will also support the Customer Services and Access Booking teams to ensure that an exceptionally high standard of service is provided to all the customers of the Festival Fringe Society.
